She is quick to listen and slow to speak, knowing each client has very nuanced and specific needs. Hailey tailors her approach to each client's taste, lifestyle, career and family requirements. Hailey is dedicated to finding the perfect fit for her clients and securing the absolute best place and deal possible. With a background in Interior Design, she has assisted in selling multi-million dollar homes throughout the west side of Los Angeles, staging and getting them in tip-top shape to sell. Through her experience, Hailey knows exactly how to stage a property so that a buyer can picture themselves in the space. Hailey refined her communication and interpersonal skills working in Entertainment PR, during which time she adapted well to the demanding and fast-paced environment.

In her free time, Hailey enjoys long walks with her pup through NYC's many parks, writing, trying good eats, live music, and giving back to her community.
