Kati works tirelessly for her clients to achieve the outcome they desire and ensure that the process goes as smoothly as possible. Specializing in neighborhoods across Manhattan and Brooklyn, with a particular focus on prewar buildings and co-ops in Midtown East and Sutton Place, Kati dedicates 100% of her time, attention and dedication to every buyer, seller and foreign investor she works with. Kati is very thorough and detail-oriented, and a highly-skilled negotiator with a flair for numbers and eye for value. As an honest and straightforward communicator, Kati prepares her clients well so they know what to expect at every step. Her goal is to empower you with information and put you in the best position to conclude your transaction successfully. What’s more, with her extensive experience renovating homes, she’s a great helping hand for those looking to refresh or reimagine spaces.

Born and raised in Latvia, Kati has lived in many wonderful places including Amsterdam, Beijing, Saudi Arabia, and prior to New York, Washington, DC. She speaks Russian, Latvian, German and English fluently, is conversant in Dutch, and connects easily with an international clientele. Kati holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees: one in Business Administration & Strategic Management from Hogeschool Inholland in Amsterdam; the other in Organizational Management & Corporate Management from Moscow State University of Economics where she graduated Cum Laude. She started her career in Amsterdam marketing consumer electronics products for Philips, a global electronics enterprise, then moved to Antec, an American PC hardware company. Prior to real estate, Kati worked at a boutique PR firm focused on B2B – European Marketing Group, and managed operational and marketing matters for a law firm in Manhattan. She, her two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and her husband reside by Sutton Place. When not busy selling homes throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn, her favorite pastimes include being an organizer of #cavaliermeetupnyc—a social group, where pups and people come together to support local businesses and initiatives and enjoy dog friendly activities around the city.
